Description

The N8UE2-20 is a robust Type 2 surge protection device engineered to protect electrical installations and sensitive equipment from transient overvoltages caused by switching operations and indirect lightning strikes. Featuring a maximum discharge current of 20kA (8/20μs) and a nominal discharge current of 10kA, it delivers superior suppression with a low voltage protection level of 1.5kV and an ultra-fast response time ≤25ns. Available in 1P–4P configurations, it mounts easily on a 35mm DIN rail and supports backup fuses up to 125A. The flame-retardant UL 94 V-0 housing and wide terminal compatibility (1.5–35mm² cables) ensure secure and flexible installation. Designed for harsh environments, it operates reliably from –40℃ to +85℃ and at altitudes up to 5000m. IP20 rated for indoor use.
